• No Ownership Claim: We do not claim exclusive ownership or copyright over all the books and third-party materials shared on our platform. The respective authors and publishers retain their copyrights.
• Notice and Takedown Policy (Reporting Mechanism): If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that any content hosted in our Books section or anywhere else on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, we urge you to use our built-in Report feature or contact us directly.

3. User Guidelines and Conduct

While using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive reports through our reporting system.

5. Subscriptions and App Store Billing

Bengali Muslim is a completely free platform. We do not require, offer, or process any paid subscriptions, auto-renewing subscriptions, or in-app purchases through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or any other third-party billing systems.

Users will never be asked to subscribe or pay through their App Store or Play Store accounts for accessing our application or website. Any future financial support options (e.g., donations) will be completely voluntary and managed outside of these store billing environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bengali Muslim, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
